Has anyone any experience of clients completing this declaration when outside the State? The Department are sending these forms in place of the ceremonies that would ordinarily happen. If the clients are outside the State I believe they can complete the declaration before the Irish Embassy (if there is one). Has anyone done this? I am slightly concerned the Department will query why the applicant is outside the State.
