I founded Aaron Flynn Solicitors in 2019 I specialise in immigration, litigation, employment. ​ I have 20 years of legal experience with over 15 of those specialising in immigration law. I initially worked for a 'Big 5' corporate law firm in Dublin and later went on to qualify as a Solicitor with the Chief State Solicitor's Office where I spent 8 years in the Immigration Division. During this time I acted in many issue defining cases in the Superior Courts and as agent for Ireland at the Court of Justice in Luxembourg. I have advised Government Departments, State Authorities, and the Garda National Immigration Bureau ('GNIB') on all immigration matters. ​​ In 2015 I joined a boutique global immigration law firm at their European Headquarters in London to lead their Irish practice. I advised many of the best known multinationals in Ireland and their teams and families. In 2018 a 'Big 4' consultancy firm acquired the non-US offices of this law firm.
