Doctors employed in the HSE or Voluntary Hospitals, the provision of a “Medical Practitioner Employment History Summary”

Has anyone been able to identify what this document is and how an applicant obtains it? I have a couple of client Doctors in the HSE and they cannot obtain this from anyone in the HSE in HR as they have never heard of it. It looks like it can be obtained from this portal https://www.nchder.ie/Account/Login?ReturnUrl=%2f but apparently it is not in there.


Any information would be greatly appreciated?

So one of my clients has managed to figure it out......


The Doctor needs to email the Dime team by emailing dime.team@hse.ie and request the Medical Practice Summary. The Dime Team will furnish the doctor's local HR with information on how to generate the summary. The HR will then provide this directly to the Doctor.
