Registrations- for persons seeking to change of status
Hi all,
As i understand it, persons who have registered before and reside in Dublin are to use the online system for registration. Is anyone aware if this system can be used to change stamp- eg a person on Stamp 2 who has had an Irish citizen child and wants to request a change to Stamp 4 on this basis.
Has anyone had any success using the online system facilitate this or should they be making an in person appointment, which is stated to be for "first time registrations only".
