Hi All,
Just trying to see if many have you have received your onboarding link for this new portal? I've now sent four requests and heard nothing back and in the meantime they are completing ignoring and failing to acknowledge any e-mails or postal correspondence I send them. I also keep receiving cryptic e-mails with no identifiable record number that a query requires additional information from me and I can check the status by logging in to my account. An account that I do not have!
Just wondering if anyone else is having better luck?
