Undocumented Migrants Scheme
Good morning colleagues, I have a client whose Residence Card has been revoked from the outset in the Minister being of the opinion that the permission has creased to evet be valid. It was granted on 29th April 2014 and so I wonder at this stage would an application under the Undocumented Migrants Scheme be worthwhile. Has anyone made such an application in similar circumstances?
