Foreign Birth Registration - A, B & C v Minster for Foreign Affairs.
Hi All,
I have a client who received notice from the Minister regarding an application for Foreign Birth Registration indicating their application is likely to be refused. The facts of their case closely align with those in A, B & C v Minister for Foreign Affairs, albeit there is some key differences.
