Hope you are well.
I imagine everyone is similarly overwhelmed with requests for representation in visa applications for family members in Afghanistan. We will be supporting as many as possible inhouse and through referral to pro bono partners.
I am conscious that many individuals are ringing numerous solicitors, with many responding that they do not have capacity. If there is any capacity in your firm to take on more visa applications in the coming days and weeks, would you be happy to be added to a list that we could provide to people contacting our Information and Referral Service?
If anyone would like to take on referrals on a pro bono basis in situations where there are no funds available, please also let me know!
