Hi all - I wonder has anyone had any luck with obtaining a Stamp 4 permission for (long term) AWS holders? I have a few clients who have been on a sequence of 12 month AWS permissions and I requested Stamp 4 which was refused as only 'stamp 1 and stamp 4 permissions' count. I believe this is very unfair to the holders of these AWS permissions.

Has anyone had any luck obtaining a permission? Also I note the new website restricts long term residency to only those on Stamp 1 and Stamp 4 permissions which seems to contradict some of the other schemes as they then were on the old INIS website.

Any views would be appreciated?
