Family reunification for holder of Ukrainian Temporary Protection
Hi All,
I am just wondering if anybody know if holders of the temporary permission under section 60 of the International Protection Act are entitled to family reunification?
I have a Pakistani national who held permanent residency in Ukraine and is now in Ireland on the temporary protection. He wants to bring his wife and children from Pakistan. He is in full time employment and earning over €30,000 per annum.
Has anyone made an application like this?
