Permit holder progression within role via promotion without having to apply for a new employment permit under the 2024 Act and Regulations
Hi all,
Has anyone had any experience yet in availing of the process under the new Act/Regs for an employment permit holder to be promoted in a new role within their organisation without having to apply for a new permit? Guidance on how the process works in practice would be really appreciated.
