Unathorised uploads
Hi again everyone!
Anyone dealing with and successfully getting around "unauthorized" uploads of supporting documents in the online portal for citizenship applications? The PDF is the right size and the right format but still will not upload. :/

Hi Louise,
I had issues with uploading additional documentation that was requested and I received an email yesterday to say that they were having issues with the portal that they were trying to fix. I submitted documents then by email but it was for an ongoing application so not sure if that would be possible for the first submission. May be worth giving them a shout by email to see if they have an alternative suggestion for submitting the application.
