Angel, I was not acting in this case. I became aware of the decision and wanted to share it as I do represent many Turks and this decision is helpful in confirming the legal position regarding employment rights of Turkish national in Ireland. The decision also confirms the legal strengths of the Ankara Agreement and Decision 1/80 beyond doubt. I have another case pending on the right to SUSI grants for Turkish children, who are currently excluded from eligibility.
