Anyone else not getting letters from EUTR?
This week two of my clients have received decision letters that were not also sent to me. Is anyone else seeing this?
I know that there was a big problem with those requests for additional documentation they were sending a while ago.

Yes we have experienced this also with EUTR - not being c'ced on correspondence to client seeking additional info and not being sent a copy of decisions. We have also experienced this recently with decisions in relation to D visa applications.
