By way of introduction my name is Fortune I work at Conor Mclaughlin and Associates and I’m still new in the system.
We have a number of International Protection Clients who are unfortunately homeless or were homeless and have suffered as a result of same.
Some are considering Personal Injury cases as the state have not honoured their obligations under the Directive. If they do wish to proceed, they will require a letter from a Medical Practitioner outlining their injuries (which appear to be physiological in nature only in most cases).
Many or most do not have GPs given their predicament. I wondered if you could help me with the organisations, clinics, or hospitals that do this kind of work, and which you would recommend examining these clients and provide letters outlining their symptoms.
