Hi All,

I have a number of client's who are finding it difficult to get an appointment on the Burgh Quay website to register their permissions. The delay mattered less a few months ago, but now these client's want to be able to travel to see family during the Christmas period. Is there anything I should be doing to help them? I have in the past emailed the office but they simply refer me to their website and advise that appointments are offered when available.
