ISD solicitor email
Hello, has anyone received a response from the ISD solicitor email? I have sent a few emails but have not recieved any response.

Hi Rebecca, You should receive an auto acknowledgement for every email sent to this email address.
I have received a few substantive responses via this email address, and also have received postal replies that have been prompted by correspondence to this email address. Not all correspondence I have sent to this email address has been responded to.
I would have similar experience with postal correspondence to ISD, some of it is replied to and some is not.
As the email address is very new I feel it is probably best to duplicate the correspondence by post if you have any concerns about it being received.
