Stamp 1 permission letter to work without an employment permit
Hi everyone,
Does anyone have any experience of applying to ISD for a Stamp 1 permission to allow someone be self-employed and without the need for an employment permit? ISD website stamps section mentions this as a possibility, but I can't find any guidance on the requirements or eligbility. And if a Visa Required national is apply from abroad, presumably they need the permission letter first, and then have to apply for an employment visa to travel here?
