Lebanese Spouse of Irish national
Hi all,
Curious if anyone has successfully managed to use the Family Reunification Policy Document to get a Lebanese spouse of an Irish national, who is in the State on a C visa, permission to register as a Spouse under the humanitarian exception given the current situation in Lebanon or is it still safer to try get a D Join Family visa first and enter on that?

Thank you so much Helen. I was hopeful enough of that happening to present it to them as an option, so we did! It was their preference as you might expect too of course.
