Family Reunification
Application for Family Reunification by Category B Sponsor. Financial criteria - 2 years earning above the threshold considered by Department in Assessing FIS as there are children. Client has only 1 year but by the time the application is being processed (in 12 months time) will have requisite 2 years. Has anyone made the application and submitted further information in support of financial position immediately prior to assessment and been successful or, assuming the application is refused due to finances, furnished updated financials on appeal and been successful?
