New ISD Customer Portal
Just wondering if anyone has found a workaround to the Department now insisting that almost all correspondence/queries be submitted on their new ISD Customer Portal?
The Portal seems to be set up to suit individual applicants and doesn't seem to be suitable for legal rep use. We're having a number of issues now when trying to engage by email/post and being told that the query can only be submitted through the portal. It's extremely frustrating.

They are slowly moving to a system whereby everything must be submitted through the portal with an allowance of 1MB per attachment. Absolutely ridiculous.
