Delay in issue of IRP
Good morning. My client has been issued with his Stamp 4 Support Letter (Doctor) but has not received IRP Card. His colleagues have and he has been in touch with the Department by email as far back as last October and also his local Immigration Officer but no card yet. I know there was/is a backlog in processing but at this stage he should have received it. Has anyone had a similar experience or do they have contact details for anyone in the Department who may be able to assist?

Just by way of update. Response from DOJ within 24 hours. Error arose with the DETE. Once this was resolved IRP issued within days.
