Hi all, Happy New Year.

Has anyone had success in applying for Stamp 0 for a dependent parent of a CSEP holder prior to CSEP's arrival in the State. I note that CSEP holders are entitled to immediate family reunification with nuclear family, but this doesn't seem to include their own dependent parents. It looks like from the policy that they would need 2 years residence in the State before being eligible for family reunification with a parent. I have a client whose dependent mother is part of the family unit in the home country and wondering about the potential of having the Stamp 0 application approved for the mother in the circumstances.
