Atypical Working Scheme
I’d be very grateful for any insight or comments from IILA members on the following query regarding the Atypical Working Scheme.
The old INIS website stated in the AWS guidance section that the scheme could only be availed of by an individual once in any 12 month period. I assume this position has not changed (and haven’t seen any DOJ updates suggesting a change) but the guidance on the new Irish Immigration site does not appear to mention the 12 month restriction. Does anyone have experience or insight as to whether the position on this rule has changed or whether it might be waived in certain circumstances?
