FINAL DETAILS IN RELATION TO TOMORROW’S CPD EVENT

Our next CPD event will take place tomorrow, Friday 19th November 2021 from 4-5 pm. This event will take place in person only in the President's Hall in the Law Society, Blackhall Place, Dublin 7 to allow for optimum physical distancing and ventilation. Expected attendance is up to 40 people. You can check in from 3.30 pm.

Marie Flynn BL will speak on “Leave to Land & Detention”

In order to minimise COVID risk, the Committee has decided not to offer tea/coffee prior to the event, and we hope you can understand that running the event safely is our priority. All attendees will be required to show EU Digital COVID certificate and photographic ID. Both will be checked before entry can be permitted; please arrive early to allow time for check-in administration.

All attendees are requested to wear face masks at all times and to respect physical distancing measures, particularly when checking in, and when entering and leaving the hall. There will be distances of 1-2 metres between seats i.e. from centre of seat in front to the centre of the seat behind. Hand sanitiser will be available.

Attendees are reminded to take personal responsibility for their actions in order to minimise their personal risk of infection and transmission. We would encourage attendees to consider using an antigen test prior to attending the event.
